Jesse Martin (sleepytimejesse) is a composer, arranger and sound designer based out of Youngstown, Ohio. He has written for television commercials, internet advertising, games and various compilations. A member of Youngstown's New Music Society, he has composed concert works with public world premieres, including two string quartets. As guitarist of experimental rock band The Zou, he has toured the United States three times, being featured on news shows, interviewed on various radio and internet radio hours, and having lunch with people such as 80’s teen pop star Tiffany Darwish in Nashville, dinner with the old sound guy for Smash Mouth in Atlanta, and meeting comedian D. L. Hughley outside a diner in Chattanooga.

Primarily a video game music composer and sound designer, he has directed the popular tribute compilation albums I Miss You - EarthBound 2012 and Make Music, Throw Music - A Yoshi's Island Tribute. His work has been featured on gaming sites such as kotaku, destructoid, gonintendo, ubiktune and snesology. He is currently writing soundtracks and sound design for Saturn Valley Online and Genesis as well as finishing up the solo double-album Space Jams/Spacious Anxious.
